Kala is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of NextGen Investment Partners, LLC, where she leads investor relations and acquisitions. Raised in Rochester, MN, Kala has built a dual career as both a successful real estate investor and a practicing Pediatric Dentist in her hometown.

 

Kala attended the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree before obtaining her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She further specialized in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago, earning a specialty license and a Master of Science in Oral Sciences.

 

Alongside her husband and business partner, Jordan, Kala is an accredited investor with experience in transactions exceeding $60 million in commercial assets. Her mission is to create opportunities for everyday wage earners to build lifelong passive income, accelerate financial freedom, and generate legacy wealth. Eric is an Army Special Operations veteran who grew up in Central Iowa before attending college in California. While serving, Eric deployed to combat five times and completed a Masters Degree in Aeronautical Science. He has a passion for educating the military community on how to create long term wealth through real estate investing, while personally investing across the country for the last seventeen years. Eric serves as Co-Founder of Active Duty Passive Income (ADPI) and the Chair of National Fundraising for non-profit, Veterans Community Project. Eric has invested as a General Partner on 4,964 doors, Limited Partner experience on 4,621 doors, and involvement in over $170M in commercial assets.
