Jordan & Kala

Jordan and Kala are real estate investors residing in Rochester, MN. In 2023, NextGen Investment Partners, LLC was founded with the sole purpose of helping friends and family multiply their financial freedom and build legacy-changing wealth by passively investing in high-value commercial real estate opportunities.
Together they started building their real estate portfolio in 2021 with a commercial medical office building. They have built a strong network of real estate professionals and a trusted advisory panel they are proud of. They are General Partners on 87 units, invested as Limited Partners on 256 units, and involved in transactions exceeding over $60 Million in commercial assets and counting.
Jordan grew up in rural southern Minnesota working on a farm and in construction before attending the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. After graduating, Jordan enlisted in the Minnesota Army National Guard where he served as an Aviation mechanic. Jordan left the rat race and W2 workforce in 2025 after his work with the American Red Cross where he supported both large and small disaster relief operations, community response/prevention efforts, and information/people management for over 8 years.
Kala was raised in Rochester, MN, where she now practices Pediatric Dentistry. Kala attended the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities where she met her husband and business partner, Jordan. After graduating undergraduate school with a Bachelor of Science degree, she attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, obtaining her Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree. Having a passion for children, she continued her education at the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Pediatric Dentistry Specialty license.
Outside of investing, Jordan & Kala are blessed with two beautiful and healthy daughters, Hazel & Presley, and a German shorthaired pointer named Capone. They enjoy traveling, board games, being outdoors, golfing, watching football, and creating memories as a family.
Jordan & Kala are members of a national advisory group of multifamily operators who collectively own or control over 200,000 multifamily units in the United States. Notwithstanding, membership in this national advisory group does not guarantee returns, preservation of capital, and/or the viability of a particular multifamily project.
